Both Rose Cottage and Stable cottage are fully equipped with everything necessary to provide a comfortable stay: fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dvd/video and cd players, TV and radio. There is a separate utility room with two washing machines and two tumble driers.

General description

Converted to a high standard from Victorian stables, the cottages offer character, charm and comfort. Centrally heated and double glazed, they are cosy and warm at any time of the year. And with high quality furnishings and fittings, they are delightfully welcoming to our guests.

A designated parking space for each cottage is in the forecourt. From the rear of the cottages there are delightful far-reaching views across our water meadows and stream. There is a lawn and garden area with garden furniture for guests to relax; perfect for watching the abundant animal and bird life under wide Suffolk skies.

Rose Farm Barn is situated on the edge of the rural village of Middleton, with Rose and Stable Cottages set in 6.5 acres of land, with open views over farmland and meadow to every aspect. Rose Farm Barns and cottages are between Aldeburgh and Southwold and only four miles from the coast and heath at Dunwich and the RSPB reserve at Minsmere. With Snape Maltings only about 20 minutes drive across countryside, Rose Farm Barn is ideally placed for music concerts, art galleries and exhibitions, walking, bird watching, or just to relax and enjoy our  peace and tranquillity ,the  glorious sunsets and fresh clean air.
